5G is safe as scientists confuse conspiracy theories for “deadly radiation”

Stringent radiation limits are now being applied to 5G handsets to help secure customers anxious from online conspiracy theories, The Sun reports.

The ICNIRP radiation supervisor revealed his findings after studying seven years of scientific evidence.

And in a new ruling for March 2020, it decreed that radiation from 5G phones could not cause harm under current guidelines.

However, it did tighten protections for 5G higher frequencies around 6GHz, a band not currently used in the UK.

Instead of imposing restrictions on phone masters, the new rules affect phones connected to 5G networks. Current 5G phones will not be affected by instruction changes as they already match.

And all future 5G phones will be forced to follow the rules as well. According to the report, there is no evidence of any health issues other than some minor heat.

Britain now has a 5G network and it works, delivering ultra fast speeds that prove to be 10 times faster than 4G.

But conspiracy theorists around the world have warned of the health risks, with claims that 5G will give you cancer.

In 2018, a story about 5G tests killing hundreds of birds turned out viral, but was undone. There are even “Stop 5G UK” petitions and Facebook groups, drawing tens of thousands of Britons shy of their cause.

Some radiation has enough energy to separate chemical bonds and DNA, and this is known as ionizing.

The type of signals your phone emits is microwave radiation. It is low in the electromagnetic spectrum, and therefore ionized.
