An Italian priest who donated his respirator to a younger person died



GIUSEPPE Berardelli, an Italian priest who gave his respirator to a younger patient he did not know, died at Lovere Hospital in Bergamo.

The 72-year-old was a favorite in the town of Casing, believers from that town raised money to buy him a respirator, which they did, but Berardelli refused to use it and gave it to a younger person.

Casing residents went out to their windows and clapped their balconies when they buried his coffin. The funeral was not due to restrictive measures in Italy.
